Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

• During sales or festive seasons, processing may take a little longer.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 10-12 working days

• Non-metro locations: 12-15 working days

• Remote areas: 15-20 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000.

• For orders below ₹3000, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 is applied.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) not available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or strikes, but we will support you in resolving them.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we can ship internationally, but shipping customer has to pay.
